Pernigotti is an Italian manufacturer of chocolate (its speciality is the production of high quality Gianduiotto, a chocolate-hazelnuts based), nougats, Easter eggs and ice creams. It is one of the oldest and most traditional chocolate manufacturers in Italy, founded in 1860 in the town of Novi Ligure, Piedmont.
